Every filing deadline, tracked and met.
We maintain a compliance calendar covering every filing and every IRS notice, across all 50 states. Documents are submitted on time — before penalties can arise.
Services
Twelve service areas, one point of contact.
Engage a single service or the full scope. In either case, every obligation is documented, tracked, and filed on schedule.
LLC or corporation in any state, EIN (federal tax ID), operating agreement, registered agent, and business address. Should your plans change, we prepare the amendments or the dissolution filings.
Federal and state returns, franchise tax and sales tax, contractor reporting, quarterly estimates, and annual reports. Each obligation is entered in your compliance calendar and submitted before its due date.
Returns are prepared by our PTIN-registered preparers; audits, attestation, and IRS representation are handled by our licensed CPA/EA partners.
Bank accounts, payment systems, invoicing, and bill payment. Correspondence from the IRS and state agencies is received and reviewed by us; we explain each notice and advise whether action is required (formal IRS representation is handled by our licensed partners).
Describe your activity and we identify the permits it requires, prepare the applications, and manage each one through to approval: fire marshal and safety permits, health department, food service, liquor and tobacco, beauty and nail salons, tattoo studios, medical offices, contractors and roofing, trucking (DOT), and others.
Payroll, configured and processed for employees and contractors, with monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks or Xero. Reconciled records that meet the standards of your bank, the IRS, and prospective investors.
CFO-level analysis without a full-time hire: cash-flow forecasts, budgets, and KPI dashboards. Reporting prepared to a standard suitable for lenders and investors.
Formation of the non-profit corporation, the three-director structure, and the Form 1023 exemption application filed through to the IRS determination letter.
General liability, malpractice, and workers' compensation placed through our licensed broker, together with GMP guidance for medical and manufacturing clients.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be in the U.S. to work with you?
No. Formation, EIN, banking, and ongoing compliance can all be handled remotely. Many of our clients have never set foot in the United States.
What does the onboarding process involve?
An initial consultation, followed by secure document collection. We then configure your systems and compliance calendar and provide ongoing support and reporting.
Can you obtain an EIN for a non-resident owner?
Yes. This is a standard part of our formation service. We take care of the process and provide you with the official IRS confirmation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Annual prepayment is available at a 15% discount.
Is everything handled online?
Yes. Onboarding, filings, and reporting are conducted through secure online platforms with continuous access to your documents. Meetings are held by video, telephone, or messenger.
Are you a CPA or law firm?
No. We are a business and financial advisory firm. Where a matter requires a licensed CPA or attorney — audits, attestation, legal opinions, or IRS representation — we engage vetted licensed partners and coordinate the work on your behalf.
